Mark was admitted as a Solicitor in 1981 after obtaining his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland. Mark began practising in Gladstone, moving to Noosa in 1981 where he and Glyn Tebbett established the firm Tebbett & Ostwald Solicitors.Mark practises almost exclusively in Succession Law, involving Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates.
Mark also deals with the more complex areas of estate planning and matters involving complicated family arrangements and Testamentary Trusts. Mark obtained his Specialist Accreditation in Succession Law in 2003. He is one of only two Accredited Specialists in Succession Law on the Sunshine Coast.Over the years Mark has been involved in the administration of many estates either as an executor/trustee himself or in his position as Solicitor for personal representatives. Further, Mark has acted for many different parties in the litigation of contested estates or associated trust matters.
Mark is married, with two adult children. He has long been a member of the Tewantin-Noosa Golf Club. Mark has also been heavily involved in the local touch football organisations, and has been playing touch football on the Coast for the last 30 years. Mark is a life member of the Noosa and Sunshine Coast Touch Associations, serves on the committee, and is currently Vice President of the Touch Association.
Craig attended the University of Queensland, graduating in 1995 with the combined Degrees of Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws. He completed articles of clerkship in the Brisbane CBD and was admitted to the Supreme Court as a Solicitor on 3 February 1998.
In April 1998 Craig commenced work at Cartwright, Richardson & Stringer Solicitors (as the firm was then called) as an employed Solicitor, practising mainly in the areas of Family Law and Personal Injuries Law. In 2006 Craig became an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, having successfully completed the Queensland Law Society requirements. He is one of only two Accredited Specialists in Family Law in Noosa. Craig is now a Partner of the firm practising predominantly in the areas of Family Law and Defacto Property Division. His other areas of practice include Personal Injuries Law, Workplace Health and Safety and Driver Licensing.

The Noosa lifestyle is well suited to Craig as he is a keen surfer and scuba diver and can often be seen at our local beaches.
