Bob attended Queensland University and was admitted to the Queensland Supreme Court as a Solicitor in 1971.
He commenced his own legal practice in Noosa Heads in 1974 and was joined by Michael Richardson in 1985. Bob is presently employed by the firm as a Consultant and his practice areas include Succession Law, Commercial Law, Property Law and Retirement Villages.
Bob has been greatly involved in the Noosa community over the years. He was the Chairman of Noosa Fire Brigade Board for 10 years, Chairman of Noosa Inc (Carramar Aged Care) for 10 years, finishing in 2008. He is a life member of the Noosa Parks Association having been involved with them for over 30 years.
Chris graduated from Melbourne University in 1966 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1967.
Chris moved to Noosa Heads in 1980 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland that year. After partnerships in 2 local firms, in 1992 he established Brinkley & Co where he remained until joining Cartwrights in 2013 as a consultant.
His practice areas are mainly Commercial and Retail Leasing, Property Law, Conveyancing and Estate Planning.
Chris enjoys fishing and playing tennis and is a past president of the Noosa Tennis Club Inc and
a Life Member of the Noosa Yacht and Rowing Club Inc.
Clare was born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, having completed her schooling at Sunshine Beach High School. She attended the University of Queensland, obtaining her Bachelor of Laws in 2007.
Clare has worked at Cartwrights Lawyers since completing her degree and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Solicitor in 2008. Clare completed her Masters of Law at the University of Queensland in 2011. Her areas of practice include Family Law, Litigation, Traffic and Criminal Matters.
Clare enjoys snowboarding and has travelled abroad many times to pursue her love of the snow.
Anna has lived on the Sunshine Coast since 1979. She was first employed by Cartwrights Lawyers in 2002 as an estates administration clerk. In 2008 Anna completed the Legal Profession Admissions Board of New South Wales Diploma in Law and the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice – College of Law, New South Wales.
Anna was admitted to the New South Wales Supreme Court as a Solicitor in 2008 and subsequently to the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Anna’s main practice area is Succession Law.
Anna has been greatly involved in the local community over the years and enjoys a relaxed lifestyle in the Coast hinterland with her partner and two children.
