OUR HISTORY
Cartwrights Lawyers was established in 1974 by Bob Cartwright.
Bob joined with Michael Richardson in 1982.
Michael’s daughter Anna Richardson joined Cartwrights Lawyers in 2001 and remained until she retired from legal practice.
Bob’s daughter, Clare Cartwright, continues the legacy to this day.
Our former senior partner, Mark Ostwald, was the first accredited specialist in Succession Law on the Sunshine Coast. Mark remains a valued friend and mentor of the practice.
The members of our practice have longstanding and ongoing involvement in our local community.
Today, Clare Cartwright and Tania Kirkpatrick continue to uphold the values of Cartwrights Lawyers as established 50 years ago.
